We are a HUBZone Certifed, woman owned, family operated company that currently employs a work staff of 28 individuals, and service customers on a global scale. We have over 100 years of combined experience in the machining and metallurgical fields. Initially started in the owner's basement, our facilities now encompass 21,000 square feet of productive work environment. With a very personal, family style work environment we are able to maximize our productivity, which in turn keeps our customer's cost low. Our current machining, design, and fabrication capabilities make us able to produce components of virtually any style, while our customer first attitude allows us to fill your specific needs.
Our capabilities and machinery include a (72" x 228") Dual-head Jet Edge WaterJet, (156" x 180") Jet-Edge Dual-head WaterJet, Daewoo 400LMB Mill/Turn, Daewoo 300M Mill/Turn, Daewoo 5025 Mill, Daewoo DMV 3016 Mill, 2 Bridgeport TC-3 Mills, 2 Chevalier Surface Grinders, and 2 Bridgeport EZ-Path Lathes. We also have numerous manual mills and lathes utilized for general machining purposes.
We also sell the "garnet pump" for cleaning waterjets. It is a low cost solution to a necessary evil of the trade. It's portable and compact design allows for cleaning the hard to reach areas.
